Alright, I'm an Oregonian so rain, damp, and cold are familiar foes. This hoodie is by far my favorite! For me, what sets this hoodie apart is the lining in the hood itself: it is so warm and comfortable!! Great for work wear, everyday wear, and comfortable enough to sleep in.
