Shipped crushed in a plastic bag!!

Love the model, I have 6 of them. I have either bought in store or from other vendors(always comes in a box, not smashed) until my latest purchase. You'd think the manufacturer would ship their own hat in a box to prevent it from being smashed, but they don't. It came inn a plastic bag. Also, they DO NOT refund shipping. I will never buy from carhartt directly again.

This hat has absolutely no structure. It's the floppiest hat I've ever seen, which was clear even from the packaging... it was shipped in a plastic/poly mail bag, along with a shirt and jacket, but the hat was almost completely flat in the package. Some people might like that style. Not me, I need structure. That hat also made me feel like I had a giant head. It fit more like a cyclist's cap than any baseball hat I've ever had. Very low profile, and hugging my cranium. Again, some people might like that fit. Unfortunately, I don't so the hat is being returned. All of that said, I really do like the print/color and wish I liked the fit!
