I ordered a pair of Goretex Tachyons and unfortunately, I was sent entirely the wrong item. I called customer service and the rep was awesome. He, no questions asked, put in the order for the correct pair. They didn't even require me to send the wrong pair back but they are sending a shipping label anyways because what am I to do with an 8.5 when I wear a 13? I loved the standard Tachyons, so I know I'll love the Goretex version. The customer support alone will guarantee my continued patronage of Danner. Thanks, guys!

Hands down the most light weight and comfortable boot I’ve worn. Even in negative temperature winter weather they were warm and no snow able to get it. I’ll keep coming back for these.
