The sweatshirt is awesome, but the size is enormous. I used the size chart and went by the height and weight. According to the chart, I used the drop down box and ordered a large (60-88lbs), but large is a actually a size 14-16 (88-116lbs).
Customer service said I have to pay for shipping to exchange/return it.
