CAT P90015 - Oversee Static Dissipating Black

Excellent product!!! good relation quality/cost and comfortable. Looks an elegant option to work, ideal for persons that not linked to actvities in shop floor but need be there in some times. It's a shame it's not on the market anymore. Cat should think about back it to market again, really good option to executive that need to visit the shopfloor.

I've been purchasing the Oversee Steel Toe shoes for work for three years now. I'm a big guy and need comfortable safety shoes that still look good for the office and these fit the bill. If they keep making these I will keep buying them.

I really love shoes, they work great, and look great as well. CAT do not stop making these shoes because I will buy another pair like these in the future, when my current Oversee Steel Toe shoes start to give out.

The shoes are good quality and so far seem to be lasting better than my last pair of steel toe shoes. My only issue is that, despite ordering wide, my toes sometimes rub uncomfortably and they didn’t in my previous shoes. I also did have to buy some heel insoles to lift my heel so that the back of the shoe would stop rubbing painfully into my ankle. Just a heads up that your foot may not fit perfectly. That’s not a flaw specific to this shoe necessarily. as I do also have that issue with some lower top dress shoes as well. My main complaint is actually with the entire return/exchange process. I accidentally ordered the wrong size my first time and their policy does not allow for any immediate changes to your order whatsoever after you place it, so I had to wait for them to arrive and was told to start a return after that. Of course, life got busy and I forgot so when I went back to return them I discovered I no longer could because they don’t accept returns after 30 days. So now I’m stuck with a relatively expensive, unworn pair of shoes in a size too small. Yes, I’m aware that is largely on me, but I find the entire policy just not very customer friendly, even if they’re reasoning behind allowing no changes is “expedited shipping”. I’d rather be given an hour or so window to edit my order and have to wait an extra day for it to arrive, but that’s just me.

The heel cups on the shoes really dig into my heels. Took the shoes to a Cobbler. Was told there is nothing he could do. His recommendation was to order the next size larger. Considering the shoes are not US Made, the sizing is way off. Other than the comfort, he shoes are well made, and good looking. I read the product reviews prior to ordering. Nothing mentioned about size issues. ESD shoes required for my job as an electronics assembler. Ordered the shoes directly from CAT.

This is my first pair of safety shoes from Caterpillar, and so far I’m very happy with my purchase. I’ve had a hard time finding black oxfords with a safety toe that I liked the looks of, and more importantly that were comfortable on my feet. I do spend a lot of time at a desk position, but still log several miles of walking on concrete in a manufacturing environment, and I’d rather be thinking about the task at hand than my aching feet, and these shoes have allowed me to do that. I’m already considering buying my second pair of Caterpillar shoes based on my current positive experience with this pair of shoes.
